Ever since I started biking 3 months ago, I’ve been trying to be conscious in what I eat. We already changed our cooking oil from the normal one to canola oil (I guess there’s an ongoing debate whether canola is good or harmful to our health but anyway I still believe in the product). I also try to lessen my sugar intake. I know you can still see from my previous entries that I’m still posting about “unhealthy foods” cause sometimes I really can’t help it haha. It’s really really hard to sacrifice especially if you love eating. Good thing, there still somethings I don’t need to sacrifice like drinking my preferred Green Tea.

Real leaf Green Tea is one of my favorite drinks. I make sure to drink one cold Honey Lychee after having a long ride. It’s not just your typical fruit flavored green tea. They source the green tea leaves from the Zhejiang region of China, the country that produces more than 70% of the total green tea output in the world. And of course, as part of the Coca-cola family, real leaf follows only world-class standards based on years of experience and expertise of their team.

As I’ve said, I am cutting down my sugar intake so with real leaf green tea I don’t need to worry because they used Honey as a substitute for sugar. Honey contains vitamins, minerals and amino acids. It can also help prevent allergies and is a good source of antioxidants. And more importantly it has low calorie level. Yes, I don’t have that guilt feeling that if I drink real leaf I’ll just put to waste the hours I spent and the calories I burned in biking.

Drinking real leaf green tea is a way of helping my body to regain all the energies I lost during our uphill climb. So it’s not just delicious, it also has positive effects in my body.

Try Real leaf Green Tea to experience all the rewarding benefits of natural tea. If you’re not a fan of Lychee, then try it in other flavours, honey-apple and honey-lemon.
