I attended the Pantene press launch at Edsa Shangri-La hotel last tuesday night. The pantene ambassadors(Cesca Litton, Ana Kalaw, Andi Manzano, Carla Abellana, Erich Gonzales, Andi Eigenmann, Claudine Baretto and Angel Aquino) were there to share their experiences during the 14-day challenge with the “mystery shampoo”.

Ever since I started biking 3 months ago, I’ve been trying to be conscious in what I eat. We already changed our cooking oil from the normal one to canola oil (I guess there’s an ongoing debate whether canola is good or harmful to our health but anyway I still believe in the product). I also try to lessen my sugar intake. I know you can still see from my previous entries that I’m still posting about “unhealthy foods” cause sometimes I really can’t help it haha. book I’m reading right now. I feel inspired because of this book. It will motivate you to create something. whatever that is.

What about the movie?

Well, while waiting for the movie to start I was reading the synopsis and what was going through my mind was… ok, a story where street dance and ballet will collide, i guess it’ll be a predictable movie. We have seen this kinds of stuff before, i mean the story.

But I really enjoyed watching all the dance moves and the showdowns in 3d! Great soundtrack, a mixture of classic and modern music.

The acting, not bad at all. Well, we all know what to expect with this kind of movies. No strong plot, but really entertaining. What made it more interesting is not only because of the showcase of energetic dance scenes but also because it was in 3d.
